Begin the day in union with a slow, accessible vinyasa flow designed for every body. We move with the light, settle into mindful breathwork, and close with a warm cup of chai shared in circle. Bring your own mat, a light layer, and an open heart. Suitable for all levels — beginners are warmly welcomed.

Maya Iyer
Maya is a community yoga teacher with over a decade of practice rooted in Hatha and breath-led movement. She believes the mat is a meeting place, and her classes are gentle invitations to arrive, soften, and connect.
